Park to host week-long hiring event Feb. 17-24 to fill wide variety of roles with competitive wages, benefits and park perks
NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas (Feb. 13, 2024) – Schlitterbahn New Braunfels Waterpark is preparing for an epic 2024 season. Construction of the new Schatze’s Storybrook Park is underway, and the waterpark is actively recruiting team members for thousands of summer jobs. Schlitterbahn New Braunfels will kick off its annual recruiting campaign with the FUNbelieveably Fun Hiring Event, Feb. 17-24, to fill approximately 2,000 positions across all departments at the world-famous waterpark and resort.
“Spring is right around the corner, and we are preparing the park for opening day on April 20,” said General Manager Darren Hill. “We have started hiring for thousands of great positions in all areas. Working at Schlitterbahn is fun and comes with great rewards along with an opportunity for professional growth and leadership development.”
All open positions are posted at the Schlitterbahn Jobs Site. They include:
• Lifeguards (minimum age: 15);

Schlitterbahn’s hiring blitz is part of a plan by parent company Cedar Fair Entertainment to hire approximately 35,000 seasonal associates across its network of parks in 2024.
