CANUTILLO, Texas — The Outlet Shoppes at El Paso is proud to be part of the official America 250 El Paso celebration, hosting its 250th Celebration on Friday, July 3, featuring a full day of free family-friendly entertainment, patriotic activities, shopping, and the property’s first-ever fireworks spectacular.
As part of the citywide America 250 El Paso celebration, an eight-day series of events and activities presented in partnership by Destination El Paso, Fort Bliss MWR, and the City of El Paso, The Outlet Shoppes at El Paso is proud to be included among the official community events. The event invites families from across the Borderplex to come together to celebrate America’s history while creating new traditions for future generations.
Guests will enjoy an exciting lineup of complimentary activities throughout the day, including live music, DJs, games, giveaways, face painting, balloon twisting, splash pad fun, photo opportunities, and interactive experiences for all ages.
Among the event’s most distinctive attractions will be the long-awaited collaboration with the Upper Valley Artist and Farmer’s Market and a special Revolutionary Figures & Fashion Show presented by the Daughters of the American Revolution, Rebecca Stoddert Chapter. This unique experience will showcase Revolutionary-era attire and historical figures to offer guests a rare opportunity to engage with America’s founding history in a way not found elsewhere in El Paso’s Independence Day celebrations. An educational American flag program will follow the presentation from Flags for First Graders.

- Face painting and balloon twisting (free)

In addition to the festivities, shoppers can take advantage of a major holiday savings event, with participating outlet stores offering discounts of up to 70% off throughout the holiday weekend.

Guests are encouraged to arrive early and stay throughout the day to enjoy the festivities, shop national outlet brands, dine at the property’s restaurants and food court, and secure a prime viewing location for the evening fireworks display. Soccer fans won’t miss any of the action, as World Cup matches will be shown in the food court soccer zone throughout the celebration.
The fireworks show is scheduled to begin at 9:00 p.m. and can be viewed from designated areas throughout the center and surrounding parking lots.
