Base Access Requirements General Public: All are welcome to attend.
Access Pass: If you do not have a military ID, you must obtain a Community Access Pass to enter Fort Bliss.
How to Apply: Passes can be requested in advance at the Fort Bliss MWR Pass Site or in person at the Buffalo Soldier/Chaffee Visitor Center.
What to BringSeating: Blankets and lawn chairs are highly recommended.
Food: Picnic baskets, coolers, and canopies are permitted in designated areas.
