Park to host week-long hiring event Feb. 17-24 to fill wide variety of roles with competitive wages, benefits and park perks

GALVESTON, Texas (Feb. 13, 2024) ­– Schlitterbahn Galveston Waterpark is preparing for an epic 2024 season. Park improvements are underway, and the waterpark is actively recruiting team members for hundreds of summer jobs. Schlitterbahn Galveston will kick off its annual recruiting campaign with the FUNbelieveably Fun Hiring Event, Feb. 17-24, to fill approximately 1,000 positions across all departments at the award-winning waterpark and resort.

“Spring is right around the corner, and we are preparing the park for opening day on April 20,” said General Manager Rick Belhumeur. “We have started hiring for thousands of great positions in all areas. Schlitterbahn’s hiring blitz is part of a plan by parent company Cedar Fair Entertainment to hire approximately 35,000 seasonal associates across its network of parks in 2024.
