Freaky Frights Opens this Weekend at Western Playland!

Sunland Park, New Mexico Sept 30, 2025 – Sweet Treats by Day!! Scares at Night!! It’s Freaky Frights all October at Western Playland! There will be trick or treat stations, scare zones, characters, tons of candy, a Haunted Asylum, photo ops, and themed food!

All October long, Western Playland transforms into the ultimate Halloween Destination for all ages! By day: sweet treats & candy stations. By night: screams, scares & freaky fun! Trick or Treat Trail will be from 2PM-6PM and Freaky Frights is from 6PM-10PM.

And prepare yourself as you make your way through our Haunted Asylum where the darkness of terror and evil lurk in the shadows.  No one is safe!
