El Paso, Texas — March 14, 2019 — Today, El Paso Health, the only locally operated non-profit health maintenance organization (HMO), announced the promotion of Janel Lujan as Chief Operating Officer.
Ms. Lujan, a 12-year veteran of El Paso Health, has both a Bachelors of Psychology and a Masters of Social Work from Arizona State University. She began her career with El Paso Health as a Social Work Case Manager II, and was subsequently promoted to Case Management Coordinator, Clinical Supervisor, Director of Health Services, and Senior Director of Operations. Most recently, she served the company as Vice President of Operations.
