The popular singer and songwriter Atkins will headline the event. The Tennessee native

Bagwell, a four-time Texas Country Music Association Female Vocalist of the Year, released
her first full-length album, “When a Heart Breaks,” in 2015, featuring the hit, “My Boots.”
Mac, a Socorro High School graduate, has released two albums – “My Kind of Friends” in
2013 and “Chasing On” in 2015. Ray released the album, “Different Kind of Country,” in July.
